§ 01 / THE PROBLEM

MOST BUSINESSES
DON'T HAVE A
SOFTWARE PROBLEM.
THEY HAVE A
FRICTION PROBLEM.

Software is everywhere. Yet people still move data by hand, retype the same fields twice, and bridge disconnected tools with copy-paste.

The cost isn't bad software. It's friction — small repetitive gaps between systems that quietly eat hours every week.

§ 02 / THE TRANSFORMATION

FROM MANUAL
TO SYSTEM.

INNOF sits between the chaos of repetitive work and the order of an automated system. The same inputs, the same outcomes — minus the friction.

§ 03 / WHAT WE BUILD

FOUR
CAPABILITIES.
ONE FACTORY.

Not a single tool, not a single service. Four interlocking capabilities — each one useful on its own, but designed to compound when used together.

§ 04 / PRODUCTS

SOFTWARE
FROM THE
FACTORY.

Products built from real operational problems. Each one started as an internal tool to remove friction in a specific business — and grew into something useful enough to share.

POS

ACTIVE

Software for independent retail and small businesses. Built for owners who don't have time to fight their own checkout.

§ 05 / THE LAB

NOT EVERYTHING

A PRODUCT.

Some ideas live in the workshop for a long time. These are prototypes we're actively tinkering with — pinned to the wall, not stamped on a brochure.

§ 06 / WORK — CASE STUDY

BUILT IN
THE FACTORY.

বাংলা24

Bangla24 is a real, live publication system — built on top of INNOF's editorial and composing pipeline. It demonstrates how Lekhni, an internal tool, becomes the backbone of a public-facing media product.

Writers compose in Bangla through Lekhni, the editorial system shapes the copy, and Bangla24 publishes to readers — without anyone retyping a word.

§ 07 / THE METHOD

HOW THE
FACTORY WORKS.

Six stages, applied in order, repeated as needed. No mystery, no magic — just an engineering process tuned for business problems.

01

Understand

Find the friction. Map where time leaks out of the business.

02

Map

Draw the system. Identify the nodes, the flows, the gaps.

03

Build

Software, tools, internal systems — assembled tightly.

04

Connect

APIs, data flows. Make the tools talk to each other.

05

Automate

Replace repetitive work with reliable workflows.

06

Improve

Measure, iterate. Make the system sharper over time.
